Joe & Bella Garcia are the lead pastor of The River International Church, an apostolic center located in West Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

 

Joe & Bella have been happily married for 28 years and have three children: Andrew, Joel, and Rachel. Together they are business owners, revivalists and lead pastors. They have ministered in many nations of the world, including Mozambique, Brazil, Trinidad and Tobago, the USA, Portugal, Bulgaria and Sri Lanka. Their purpose is to passionately and intentionally pursue the Presence of God, equip the saints, and rise up leaders and world changers.

 

They move in the prophetic and carry a breaker anointing with a contagious spirit of revival.
